Our room had numerous cleanliness issues, with hairs on the bed and dirty linens that truly detracted from the overall experience. The shower head was broken, making it inconvenient for use, and the staff's attention to detail was seriously lacking. Breakfast setup was appealing, but the slow service and lack of cleaning left much to be desired.
